This interview with Caleb is in relation to a follow up of the September #FishFam Community Newsletter. This video shows how much knowledge there is in these newsletters that is given out and the more people that know about that the better for the industry. This young man could give talks because we used to do them at our local Aquarium Clubs- a shame that he does not have a club near him.
This is an invitation to others to help educate young fish keepers to write articles for this Community Newsletter. Many of the questions were directed from Chewy Ltd in relation to the articles included in the September Newsletter and many other community members that joined us live that night.

I would caution that tons of post HS studying do not guarantee success (or happiness) in any endeavor. However, a career as a professional marine biologist probably requires much much more than 2 years of college.
Some really good advice here but one of the things that one of my mentors Herb Williams RIP who was once a President of The Calgary Aquarium Society and the original owner of Aquatic Imports is understanding the water chemistry of your water supply. He basically said to me, You do not keep fish you keep water. It took him to basically describe water chemistry to me of the different ecosystems of the world and was one of those that was able to spawn Wild Discus but told me until you learn how to keep a wild Cardinal Tetra then you will not be getting any Discus until you can prove to me that you understand the differences between Hard Water with total dissolved solids and high PH in comparison to Soft acidic water of the Amazon Rain Forest. With that being said it is interesting how a company is involved in selling an aquarium for rainforest fish and they test the water for those that purchase the aquarium to make sure that their water chemistry is safe for Rainforest fish. To me it is that understanding that brings success to the fish keeper. Not many know the studies that have gone on involved in how water affects even the sex of the offspring.
